The invention relates to electroplating, in particular to devices and processes for electrolytic plating of interior surface of the cylindrical parts. The device for electrolytic plating of interior surface of the cylindrical parts includes a dielectric carcass (1) for hermetic fixation of the part (2), inside the carcass (1) there is placed an anode (6) fixed onto a central rotary shaft (7), at the same time the carcass (1) is equipped with pipe connections (4, 5) for supply and removal of the thermal agent and a ring (9) for part connection to the current power supply. The process for electrolytic plating of interior surface of the cylindrical parts provides for the fixation with clearance and sealing of the cylindrical part as cathode inside the device, according to claim 1, introduction of electrolyte into the interelectrode space, heating of the part on the outside by supply of a thermal agent up to a temperature lower than the boiling temperature of electrolyte and higher than the working temperature thereof, and the process is carried out into a thermal field directed from the part-cathode towards the anode.
