The invention relates to trainers and devices for physical exercises, in particular, to sports trainers for doing physical exercises, mainly for upper limb girdle, hands, back and prelum.The proposed invention is aimed at eliminating said physical defects, namely for using said trainers and devices more effectively both in the open air and in the inside facilities, improving training process due to more participating muscles, convenient for every day practice and compact for storing.According to the invention the claimed trainer has foot rests with hangers arranged on the axle having at least one wheel.There are some other differences from the prototype.Advantages of the trainer lie in the simplicity of its manufacture, compactness and universality of its use. |
