SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT AND INITIALIZATION DATA READ METHOD THEREOF

A semiconductor integrated circuit and a method for reading initialization data thereof are provided to perform high speed read operation without read error, by suppressing the increase of a total current of the circuit without increasing read operation time. A fuse cell array(10-1) stores initialization information. A plurality of sense amplification circuits(20) are connected to the fuse cell array and reads the initialization information. A read control circuit(30) enables the plurality of sense amplification circuits in order to have different generation time of each peak current of the plurality of sense amplification circuits, during the read operation of the initialization information. The read control circuit generates read enable signals controlling the plurality of sense amplification circuits in order to prevent total current which is generated in the plurality of sense amplification circuits from exceeding an allowed level.
