The invention relates to a process for production of stable dispersion of polymers, comprising interaction of organic polyisocyanata with polyol 1, free of amino groups, in polyol 2 medium, in which said polyol 1 represents oxyethylated derivative of polyfunctional alcohol, polyol 2 represents oxypropylated-oxyethylated aliphatic tryol, the difference is that prior to the step of interaction polyisocyanate with polyol 1, polyol 2 with polyisocyanate is partially interacted with subsequent interaction with polyol 3 which represents polyol comprising t least 3 primaryhydroxy groups and having molecular mass 500 and less.The invention relates also to said stable dispersion of polymers and to polyurethane foam.
