Masonry block with a three dimensionally patterned front face and method of making same

Method for making multiple dry cast concrete blocks with three dimensionally patterned front faces and methods for making the moulds that form the blocks. The concrete block is formed using dry cast concrete deposited in a mould cavity. The mould is shaped so that a three dimensional pattern is formed on the front face of the block. The pattern is formed by digitally scanning a selected three dimensional pattern, and creating a mould surface in the mirror image of the pattern. Different moulds will have different patterns.
