A thermal barrier paint is provided to realize excellent heat insulation effect, various colors, high durability and easy handling characteristics when used for coating a housetop or external wall surface of a building. A thermal barrier paint comprises: a main part obtained by mixing 2 liters of base materials including an inorganic cement-containing binder and a bisphenol epoxy resin in a weight ratio of 1:5 with 0.5-1liters of a low-weight heat insulating filler; and 4-8 wt% of water based on the weight of the main part. The bisphenol epoxy resin is a non-solvent type resin having excellent UV stability. The thermal barrier paint further comprises 400-600 g of an inorganic pigment per 2 liters of the base materials in order to realize a desired color. |
