摘要 The invention relates to medicaments for the treatment of diseases, traumas, as well as consequences of CNS traumas and can be used as a means stimulating neuron regeneration.A pharmaceutical composition is proposed stimulating neuron regeneration comprising an effective amount of glutamyl-aspartyl-arginine peptide as an active compound of general formula: H-Glu-Asp-OH sequence 1 [SEQ ID NO:1] and pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier, wherein the pharmaceutical composition being in a form suitable for parenteral administration.The glutamyl-aspartyl-arginine peptide of general formula: H-Glu-Asp-OH sequence 1 [SEQ ID NO:1] is proposed being able to stimulate neuron regeneration and use of said peptide for manufacturing a medicament able to stimulate neuron regeneration.A method is also proposed for stimulating neuron regeneration comprising administration a patient a pharmaceutical composition comprising glutamyl-aspartyl-arginine peptide as an active compound of general formula: H-Glu-Asp-OH sequence 1 [SEQ ID NO:1] in dose of 0.01-100 mkg/kg to the body weight, at least once a day during a period required to reach a therapeutic effect, the medicament is administered parenterally.
