摘要 The present invention relates to construction industry and can be used for construction of multistory frame buildings using prefabricated columns of increased bearing capacity in bottom, more loaded floors having unified dimensions of their transversal section arranged along the full building height.The proposed prefabricated reinforced concrete column (fig.1) comprises the column shaft 1, longitudinal reinforcement bars 2, clamps 3, lateral reinforcement bars 4 at column ends, flexible steel core along its longitudinal axis. Stems 2 are anchored in concrete at column ends, steel sheets 8 are located at column ends and connected overlapped to reinforcement by anchor rods. The flexible steel core 5 is off-centered downwards relative to the column (1) ends, forming an open pocket (20) in the upper column end and projection (21) downwards. The core 5 can be one piece element or split from metal rolls or made from reinforcement bars.Columns are connected by combining transversal sheets by using threaded pins 10 and nuts 11, 14. An intergap 13 space between columns to be connected is filled with concrete using lateral reinforcement as a welded mesh 16. A core 5 of an upper column is shifted downwards and arranged in pocket 20 formed by a pipe piece 29 fixed to transversal sheet 8 of lower column and pre-filled with concrete mortar. A joint arrangement comprises fastening studs 10 with adjustable nuts on the lower column end and up-directed, placing welded nets 16 of butt gap, filing pocket 20 with concrete mortar and installing the upper column by introducing the projection 21 of core 5 into the pocket 20 and resting on adjustable nuts 14. After that the upper column is finally installed into the designed position using adjustable nuts 14 and fix it by nuts 11 in bottom corner recess 12.The invention provides increase of bearing capacity and higher column reliability with unification of their dimensions, reduction of power and labor costs during installation works.
