The present invention relates to meat-processing industry, particular to meat products intended for food, primarily of domestic animals. e.g. cats and dogs or other animals, ration of which includes natural meat, more particular, to a foodstuff imitating pieces of natural meat, and to a method for preparing thereof. According to the present invention a foodstuff is disclosed imitating pieces of natural meat flesh, one of surfaces of each meat piece has evidently expressed structure similar to a structure of transversal striated muscle fiber of natural meat. A method for preparing said foodstuff is also disclosed. |
