METHOD FOR PRODUCING OIL-HONEY BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE ADDITIVE TO FOODSTUFF

The invention relates to food and pharmaceutical industries and, in particular to a method for producing biologically-active additive to foodstuff based on oil of marine mammals and bee honey. A problem put technically is to improve technology of commercial production of oil-honey additive aimed at reducing power consumption and simplification of the production process, wherein preserving to maximum biologically-active components and increasing shelf life. A method for producing the biologically-active additive is proposed comprising honey, oil, gel-forming agent and water, according to the invention aqueous solution of the gel-forming agent is mixed with oil and honey by adding honey to the aqueous solution of the gel-forming agent at up to 60°C, pouring the produced mixture to flasks adding some oil above the mixture and subsequent closing thereof.
