The mast comprises a flat and rigid frame-base (1), a technological container (2) with rigid carcass, rigidly fixed onto the frame-base (1) and made in the shape of parallelepiped, a crossbar (3) rigidly fixed onto the cover of the technological container (2), a pipe (4) fixed in the central part of the crossbar (3), anchor wires (5), one ends of which are fixed onto the pipe (4) and the other ones û onto the console ends of the crossbar (3), going beyond the limits of the technological container (2), and weights (6) installed onto the frame-base (1) round the perimeter of the technological container (2).
