摘要 A tangible cultural properties restoration system is provided to restore the character and pattern of tangible cultural properties scanned by a 3D scanner and convert the mesh data structure of restored form information data into a solid mesh structure to analyze the structure of the tangible cultural properties, thereby presenting the reinforcement structure of the transformed cultural property structure, and matching and restoring a fragmented cultural property into an original form. A tangible cultural properties restoration system comprises a 3D(Three Dimensional) scanner(10), a character/pattern restoration unit(12), a cultural property structure analyzer(14), a reinforcement structure providing unit(16), a fragmented cultural property restoration unit(18), and a historical research-based cultural property restoration unit(20). The character/pattern restoration unit predicts original form information from the scanning data of tangible cultural properties, obtained by the scanning of the 3D scanner, having characters and patterns and restores the characters and patterns morphologically. The cultural property structure analyzer converts 3D scan data of a polygon mesh structure into a solid mesh structure and analyzes the structure of a cultural property. The reinforcement structure providing unit converts the triangular mesh scan data of the cultural property structure analyzer into quad mesh data, analyzes the dynamical structure of a cultural property structure, and presents a reinforcement structure. The fragmented cultural property restoration unit reconfigures plural 3D scan data into 2D(Two Dimensional) 6-side data separately, matches each 6-side data, and restores 3D original data. The historical research-based cultural property restoration unit performs the modeling of the 3D data of each member based on the restoration data of the reinforcement structure providing unit and the restoration data of the fragmented cultural property restoration unit.
