SELF-PROPELLED MODULE FOR DRILL CARRIAGES

The invention relates to a self-propelled module for equipping an electrohydraulic drilling equipment used in the ore mining industries for drilling fan-shaped drill holes and the displacement through a roadway having a relatively small passing section. According to the invention, the self-propelling module comprises an upper frame (A) constituting a heat exchanger, with the function of cooling the hydraulic oil, an outer longitudinal body (1) of the frame (A), having some orifices (a and b) for introducing and discharging the warm and cooled oil, respectively, and some orifices (c and d) for introducing and discharging the cooling water which circulates through a bundle (2) of longitudinal pipes, placed between two drilled frontal walls (3) crossed by some baffles (4) among which there circulates the hydraulic oil. At the extremities of the outer body (1), under the same, there are provided some parallel hollow cross-bars (6) for reinforcing the body (1), above said body there being provided some guides (10), and under the higher frame (A) there is fastened a lower frame (B) placed between two lateral driving bridges (C) in relation to which there are also mounted some driving wheels (23), each driven by a rotary hydromotor (24), which have the movement synchronized by a Gall's chain (27). On the guides of the upper frame (A), there may be displaced, by means of a hydraulic cylinder (57), a mobile support (56) on which, on the front side there is placed a mechanism (D) for rotating an arm (E) of a carriage, operated by a rotary hydromotor (53). A hydraulic electropump (F) is placed under a tank (55) of hydraulic oil, which communicates with the higher frame (A), and on one of the lateral sides of the rotation mechanism (D) there are fastened an electro-press beam (H) and a group for preparing the compressed air, respectively, used for barrier protection for the hydraulic drill.
