A coupling device of a portable terminal having an elastic body is provided to enable a coupling unit for mounting the second coupling hole of the elastic body to be in locus shape, thus the elastic body can be automatically and rotatively mounted on the second member. The first member(120) is rotatively mounted with one end of an elastic body(130). The second member(110) confronts with the first member, inserts the other end of the elastic body, and slides the first member as guiding the other end of the elastic body to rotatively couple the elastic body. A mounting unit(150) for mounting the elastic body is disposed on the first member. A coupling guide unit(140) is disposed on the second member to insert the elastic member to move the inserted member as guiding so that the rotatively mounted elastic body is coupled, and a slide guide slides along a hole(160).
