OSCILLATION CIRCUIT BASED ON METAL-INSULATOR TRANSITION(MIT) DEVICE AND METHOD OF ADJUSTING OSCILLATION FREQUENCY OF THE SAME OSCILLATION CIRCUIT

An MIT element-based oscillation circuit and a method for controlling an oscillation frequency of the same are provided to control an oscillation phenomenon by adjusting an applied voltage or a resistance value to a specific condition. An MIT(Metal-Insulator Transition) element(700) has a MIT thin film and an electrode thin film connected to the MIT thin film, in which discontinuous MIT occurs at MIT occurring voltage. A variable resistive element(800) is connected in series with the MIT element. A power source(600) applies a voltage or current to the MIT element. An oscillation frequency is determined in accordance with a voltage to be applied to the power source and a resistance value of the variable resistive element.
