摘要 <p>An engine with an internal EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system is provided to detect DPF(Diesel Particular Filter) differential pressure and to control a VG nozzle angle of a variable shape turbo charger based on the detected DPF differential pressure in order to operate the engine at a proper EGR ratio. An engine comprises a combustion chamber(1) of a cylinder(100), a piston(2), a crank shaft(39), intake and exhaust passages(4,6) of the cylinder head, intake and exhaust valves(5,7), intake and exhaust manifolds(11,12), and a turbo charger(10) having an exhaust turbine(10a) and an air compressor(10b). An air cooler(8) cools the air compressed from the compressor. An exhaust pipe(13) connected to an exhaust outlet of the turbine has a DPF(14) to remove particles contained in the exhaust gas. The air supplied by the compressor of the turbo charger is cooled at the air cooler. The exhaust gas is flowed to the DPF. An inner EGR controller(20) receives engine load detected by a load detection sensor(19) and engine rpm detected by an rpm sensor(18).</p>
