A display apparatus is provided to prevent a front frame and a rear frame fixed to each other from being released from each other even though vibration or impact is applied to the display apparatus from a direction parallel with a display face of a display panel. A display apparatus includes a display panel(2) for displaying images, a middle frame(8) on which the display panel is mounted, a rear frame(5), and a front frame(9). The middle frame is located inside the rear frame. The front frame has an opening which exposes a display face(2a) of the display panel and a contact part(9d) coming into contact with the middle frame. The contact part is protruded to the face(2b) of the display panel, which is opposite to the display face.
