FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to plastic metal working and may be used in manufacture of fuel granules from minced timber wastes. Press contains loading bunker, puncheon holder with puncheons, dosing device with dosing drum installed between them, matrix and casing installed under matrix. Matrix is arranged with holes, the number of which is equal to number of puncheons. Pusher is installed in casing with the possibility of discrete rotation. Pusher has openings for moisture removal from initial raw materials and openings for fuel granules extrusion through them. Fixed base with heating elements is also provided in the press. Press drive shaft is connected with shaft of dosing drum via synchronisation mechanism. Two cams are installed on the shaft of dosing drum. Mentioned drums are kinematically connected to the drive and affect the puncheon holder. ^ EFFECT: provision of production of fuel granules with low and stable content of moisture. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
