The support has an elongated body (1) forming an axle whose lower end forms a rounded and skid resistant support area (2). The body comprises an overhang (4), at an intermediate height, formed of a seat support for a person. The support has a lower section located below the overhang between legs of the person. A U-shaped frame (5) is provided at upper height of the body and opposite to the overhang. The body has an upper section (1') defined from the frame and forming a support unit for thorax of the person. The body and the frame are made of material e.g. wood, plastic or metallic material.
