摘要 A method of glazing heat-resistant porcelain at curved surface is provided to glaze curved or caved regions of heat-resistant porcelain in controlled thickness and to reduce labor cost by employing a spray gun of which operation angle is controlled by the angle of the connected moving-pole. A method of glazing heat-resistant porcelain at curved surface comprises steps of: loading a porcelain to be glazed on a holder; transporting the porcelain to a heating room and heating the porcelain at 115-150deg.C; transporting the heated porcelain to a primary and a secondary spraying rooms which are equipped with plural spray guns; attaching spraying guns which control degrees of angle to the moving-pole for controlling the degrees of angle in order to glaze curved regions of the porcelain and spraying the glaze; and controlling the amount of glaze and operation time of the gun from a control box. The inner surface of the porcelain is glazed by spraying up and down by means of spray gun which is attached to the moving-pole and controls the degree of angle, and the holder is spinning in a velocity for glazing whole surface of the porcelain.
