FIELD: technological processes, metals processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is used for chemical treatment of metals and alloys for full dissolution of aluminium in chemical solution and its removal from internal cavity of press container bushing. Method of press container bushing surface cleaning from aluminium and its alloys includes chemical treatment and rinsing, at that container is previously heated up to temperature of 50-60 °C, caustic soda is filled in cavity of container bushing, bushing cavity is isolated with plugs, filled with water, maintained until full dissolution of adhered layer of aluminium and its alloys, and then alkaline solution with remains of sludge is drained. ^ EFFECT: increase of efficiency of press container bushing surface cleaning. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 2 dwg |
