The device for heating concrete pavings in the winter time includes concrete heaters and thermal insulation covering the concrete on the surface. The heaters are designed as a system of parallel tubes laid in the concrete, on the dam slope, at a distance from one another. They are connected with one another continuously and cyclically for the circulation of liquid in them.
