A method for forming a CCMC(Cooperative Collaboration Mutual Compensation) PEN(Partnership Enterprise Network) and the method for managing virtual partnership enterprises are provided to make interested persons to join in as a member, collect, open, and share information needed for all online/offline economical activities with each other, progress a project through collaboration, and divide profits fairly to each member. An organization of a CCMC partnership enterprise is formed by a CEO(Chief Executive Officer), a manager, and a staff. Respective joined partners progress a cooperated project with the managers in the capacity of the CEO by enabling the joined partner to invite the predetermined number of other partners as the manager. The invited manager invites the predetermined number of staffs to form the CCMC partnership enterprise as the CEO. A virtual company is formed by one CEO, the predetermined number of managers, and the predetermined number of staffs. |
