A method and device for processing dried radish leaves by turning over dried radish leaves or dried cabbage leaves with air bubbles by discharging air from an air exhaust pipe at the lower part of a bucket are provided to wash and heat the leaves, remarkably reduce manpower and increase the production. Dried radish leaves are processed by the steps of: putting dried radish leaves into a first bucket; putting the put dried radish leaves into a second bucket containing heated processing water; putting the put dried radish leaves into a third bucket containing heated processing water; processing the dried radish leaves with air bubbles by discharging air from an air exhaust pipe installed at the lower part of the third bucket. A device for processing dried radish leaves comprises: a support frame(1) in an upright state; a first bucket(2) with a plurality of water discharge holes(21); a second bucket(3) with a plurality of water discharge holes(31a), a high pressure air blow-out pipe, high temperature steam blow-out pipe and processing water discharge pipe; and a third bucket(4). |
