FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for excitation of oscillations includes the case a striker made to interact with an anvil and its driving mechanism, the striker being made of a hollow connected via pipelines and through a hydraulic pump with a tank and having a kinematic linkage with a counterbalance made to raise the striker to its top position, to be locked and unlocked by a clamp. Besides, the device can additionally incorporate a magnet made to interact with the counterbalance in its extreme bottom position for reduction of size of power interaction between the striker and its clamp. ^ EFFECT: increase in stability and amount of oscillation power created by the device in a vertical direction in using a low-power supply source. ^ 1 dwg
