FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, an endoscopy, in particular to gastroenterology, and concerns endoscopic treatment of a peptic ulcer of a stomach. An ozone-oxygen admixture with concentration of ozone of 2-3 mg/l endoscopically under a mucosa of a stomach round an ulcer, receding on 0.5-1 cm from defect edge. The admixture is administered into 4-5 points, in amount of 1-2 ml on a point. Then ulcerative defect is irrigated with the ozonised oil in number of 2-5 ml and the rests ozone-oxygen admixture in amount of 20-40 ml. The course makes 5-6 procedures, in a day. ^ EFFECT: method provides improvement of microcirculation and a cellular metabolism, activation of reproduction of epitheliocytes in the field of ulcerative defect, its protection against acid-peptic aggression and, as consequence, reduction of terms of treatment. ^ 1 tbl |
