An apparatus of manufacturing an article using melted aluminum alloy and a method of controlling the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by transferring aluminum alloy to a molten metal holding furnace using a hoist crane without melting aluminum alloy around a die casting machine. An apparatus of manufacturing an article using melted aluminum alloy comprises a high temperature melting furnace(4), a convey tube(3), a reserved water holding furnace(5), a hoist crane(7) and a temporary holding furnace(9). The high temperature melting furnace is installed without exerting an influence on an arrangement and an installation position of a die casting machine(1) and includes a heating member and a sensing member to melt aluminum lump(2) or aluminum ingot. Melted aluminum is transferred to the reserved water holding furnace. The hoist crane allows the melted aluminum to be scooped using a ladle device(6) and includes a guide rail(7). The melted aluminum scooped by the ladle is stored in the temporary holding furnace.
