PURPOSE: A toll-free call service system is provided to distribute prepaid toll-free call cards to customers, and to enable the customers to make calls with the prepaid toll-free call cards, thereby reducing a burden of communication charges for the customers. CONSTITUTION: A toll-free call management DB(110) stores sales information on toll-free call cards. A toll-free call purchase request information transmitter(150) transmits toll-free call purchase request information to at least more than one communication provider server(200). A toll-free call time assign information receiver(160) receives toll-free call time assign information from the server(200). A toll-free call purchase request information receiver(170) receives the toll-free call purchase request information. A toll-free call time assign information transmitter(180) transmits the toll-free call time assign information to a member terminal(300). A toll-free call request information receiver(120) receives toll-free call request information and member store identification information. An authentication processor(130) retrieves whether sales information is included in the member store identification information, and processes a user authentication. A toll-free call request information transmitter(140) transmits the authenticated toll-free call request information to the server(200), and subtracts toll-free call charges from the toll-free call time. |
