FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of inhomogeneous liquid media and can be used in separation of suspensions and emulsions in the field of centrifugal forces, for example, in construction industry, ore dressing industry, as well as in deepening the river channels and cleaning water reservoirs. The hydrocyclone incorporates a tapered cylinder casing, a sand attachment with hydraulic elevator, a drain branch pipe with a sucking off device made in the form of a drain line. The hydroelevator is an adjustable jet multi-slot pump, its nozzle being formed by concentrically arranged fixed and movable groups of mating half-rings-bushes. Note that the said movable group has a kinematic linkage with a vacuum cylinder communicating with the hydrocyclone space. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of hydrocyclone, increased quality of finished products. ^ 7 dwg
