FIELD: chemistry; obtaining bitumen from acid sludge. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves heating, neutralisation and oxidation through an electrochemical method, distinguished by that, extra modifying additive - polyethylene terephtalate is put in quantity of 3-20% for 100% of oxidised raw material. The result is the obtaining of bitumen (roofing petroleum bitumen RPB 45/190 (GOST 9548-74)). ^ EFFECT: modifying additive allows for shortening the process of electrochemical oxidation of acid sludge, widen operational characteristics of the obtained bitumen, and obtain oxidised bitumen with characteristics corresponding to roofing bitumen. ^ 5 ex, 1 tbl |
