The information is utilized for predicting coordinates of a convergence point (X2) i.e. limit transition point (X4), at which the aircraft is supposed to rejoin its initial flight plan immediately after the crossing points have required an alteration of trajectory and later on the crossing points of a current sector. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for calculating a route and four dimension prediction of altitude, speed, fuel and time of passage, of an aircraft along a flight plan by flight management system in a framework of a tactical flight instruction e.g. digital tactical clearance such as UM94 - TURN(direction) HEADING(degrees), UM95 - TURN(direction) GROUND TRACK(degrees), UM96 -CONTINUE PRESENT HEADING, UM98 - IMMEDIATELY TURN(direction) HEADING(degrees), UM190 - FLY HEADING(degrees), UM215 - TURN(directions)(degrees) and UM221 - STOP TURN HEADING(degrees), conforming to Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) Aeronautical Telecommunication Network (ATN), received from an air traffic control center. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method enables the flight management system of the aircraft to ensure calculation of route and prediction of the altitude, speed, fuel and time of passage, of the aircraft, in a precise and reliable manner, when the aircraft has left or anticipates leaving its initial flight plan based on an instruction from an air traffic controller, and does not have instructions about where and when to return to the initial flight plan.
