A terminal block (2) has two columns (22) axially projected from frontal surface (20). A nut (4) has end surfaces and helical notches (41) placed in the columns, where each column forms a rotation stop that blocks the rotation of the comb around the axis. A polarizing slot (23) is arranged on the frontal surface of the block.
