For this purpose enzaprost is intravenously droplet introduced in dosage 5 mg per 400 ml of 5% glucose solution. If mouth of womb opening is 4-5 cm, woman in birth is introduced with pentamine in dosage 1 ml with 20 ml of physiologic saline. This mixture separated by three equal parts is intravenously introduced every 20 minutes. ^ EFFECT: provided protective action for contractive womb activity without negative action.
