FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture machinery and can be used for treatment of soil with the upper layer cutting without soil overturning. The tool includes a frame with carrier wheels fixed on the frame with driven elements in the form of hat hoe for bursting of the soil. The driven elements are fixed to the frame through a drag hinge and elastic members which provide the possibility of driven elements auto oscillations in the diametric plane. The driven element frameworks are fixed to the tool frame with the help of the elastic members which provide the possibility of fluctuations in the longitudinal plane. The elastic members of the driven elements mounting to the framework are provided with the regulation mechanisms of inflexibility. ^ EFFECT: quality of soil treatment increases while draught resistance decreases. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
