FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to derivatives of quinoline with general formula Ia or Ib their stereoisomers and pharmaceutical salts, where X represents oxygen or sulphur, Z-CH2, Y-NO2, -C(O)OR5, -NR5SO2R5, -SO2R5 (for Ia) and -NO2 or -C(O)OR5 (for Ib).
