FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: to detect medicinal characteristics of agent with potential psycotropic action for he-mice of inbred line C57BL/6J or CBA/Lac psycoemotional disorder is created under conditions of chronic social conflict during 20-30 days. Then animals are put into comfortable environment and daily 1-2 times a day and introduced with tested during at least 2 weeks. To detect protective features of agent within 5-7 days contrast types of social behavior are created and against continuous social conflicts daily 1-2 times a day tested agent is introduced within at least 2 weeks. To detect agent sensitivity animals are divided by groups after 3, 10 and 20 days of social conflicts, half of animals within each group is singly introduced with specified agent. ^ EFFECT: detection of therapeutic and protective features of psycotropic agents and minimisation of clinical trials stage. ^ 3 cl, 5 ex, 3 tbl |
