The casing has inner thermal radiators (12, 13) cooled by forced and natural ventilations in thermal contact with hot spots of an electrical apparatus that is placed in the casing. Heat collectors (40, 41) are inserted between the hot spots and the radiators. Heat conductors (42, 43) e.g. heat pipes or carbon based rods, connect an outer thermal radiator (45) with the collectors through a front wall (44) of the casing. The inner thermal radiators are sized for assuring cooling of the apparatus in case of normal operation of the forced ventilation.
