A subscriber power supply Internet distributor system is provided to reduce an initial installation cost by not requiring a special power supply facility. An Internet relay system comprises a main distributor(210), plural subscriber distributors(110) and a subscriber terminal. In the subscriber distributor, a power input terminal(121) is connected with external power of a subscriber party. A power switch unit(131) is connected with the power input terminal. A power output terminal(122) is connected with the power switch unit, and connected with the main distributor through a power line. A first communication terminal(161) is connected with the main distributor. A second communication terminal(162) is connected with the subscriber terminal. A relay unit(140) is connected with the first and second communication terminals, and connects or disconnects the first communication terminal with or from the second communication terminal according to the state of power supply.
