Apparatus for forming rice cake for exclusive use of pan-broiled rice cake(Tteokbokgi) which enables embedding liquid or semi-liquid seasonings in rice is provided to minimize properties change such as original taste and flavor of pan-broiled rice cake and gives cooking simplicity. Rice cake forming apparatus(200) for exclusive use of pan-broiled rice cake slices comprises: a seasoning supply hopper(210) to receive seasonings(310); a dough supply hopper(220) to receive dough(320); raw material supply device(230); a nozzle with a double structure; a first conveyor(270) to convey rice cake of column shape; a cutter(280) to form and cut rice cake; and a second conveyor(290) to convey cut/formed rice cake to a next process, wherein the raw material supply device contains a rotating shaft, impeller, rotor pump, seasoning transfer pipe(231) and a dough transfer screw(232). The nozzle contains a seasoning blow-off nozzle(260) and dough blow-off nozzle(250). The dough blow-off nozzle is more protruded than the seasoning blow-off nozzle. |
