FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is used in design of level transmission mechanism or other similar mechanism as corresponding part of suspension arm and vehicle steering control, drive of combine cutting facility or other similar parts. Method of spherical support manufacturing, which consists of internal element that has metal ball part, and external element that has support part for the ball, which embraces ball part of internal element and serves as its support, and connected to the internal element with the possibility of turn or rotation relative to it, consists in the fact that injection pressing is performed, at which ball part of internal element is installed inside mold as molding rod, and gasket is formed from polymer to be applied onto ball part. External element is formed, which covers polymer gasket and is not contacting ball part, by casting with application of ball part together with polymer gasket as casting rod, which is installed in casting mold. At that polymer gasket that covers ball part is heated, by heat supply through ball support of internal element on completion of casting stage. ^ EFFECT: practically complete elimination of gap between ball part of support and polymer gasket. ^ 5 cl, 11 dwg |
