<p>Core-shell particles have a shell comprising a polymer film formed by reaction of two silicones (X and Y'), the reaction being hydrosilylation, condensation or crosslinking in the presence of a peroxide. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an aqueous dispersion of the particles; (2) producing the particles by dissolving a lipophilic compound and silicones X and Y' in a volatile organic solvent and contacting the solution with an aqueous phase to form droplets and react X with Y'.</p> |
