FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is medicinal agent containing rybafutin, copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids (PLGA 50/50), D-mannitol, polysorbate 80 and dimethyl sulfoxide, as well as related method of production implying that mixed rybafutin, PLGA 50/50, D- mannitol, polysorbate 80 are heated at 50/60°C and stirred until solid phase is completely dissolved, then cooled to room temperature, added with water at ratio 1 : 20 to 1 : 10 followed with nanoparticles~200/400 nm suspension produced as a result. ^ EFFECT: reduced toxicity of active substance accompanying maintained antimicrobic action and simplified production of end formulation. ^ 3 cl, 4 ex, 4 tbl, 1 dwg |
