FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: assembly includes seats, flat gate with opening for working fluid, gate displacement mechanism, working fluid channel and gate. Gate is represented with three parallel plates. Valve is provided with mechanism for independent plate displacement. Middle plate is provided with additional opening with diameter smaller than diameter of working fluid opening. Opening is available on the part of plate which blocks working fluid channel. Side plates are ensured with seats fitting the size of opening in the middle plate. Distance between opening axes in middle plate is defined by limits depending on middle plate stroke. ^ EFFECT: decrease of drive power and widening of diameter and pressure values range for valve application. ^ 1 dwg |
