<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove static electricity without letting dust go up into the air or giving vibration or an impact to a base material. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a radio medium comprises steps of: delivering a base material 20 which is constituted by forming a plurality of antenna patterns with predetermined intervals on the surface, forming a ground pattern 25 along the delivery direction, and forming an individual ground pattern for individually connecting the ground pattern 25 to the plurality of antenna patterns; mounting an LSI on the base material 20 whose static electricity has been removed by the step and connecting the LSI with each of the antenna patterns; and cutting the base material along the outer circumference of each of the antenna patterns after the LSI is mounted in the step and thereby cutting the individual ground pattern to form a plurality of radio media. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
