<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent usage of an erroneous output value of a pressure sensor as an output value representing pressure to correctly detect atmospheric pressure. <P>SOLUTION: Secondary air is supplied to each exhaust branched passage 8 through a secondary air supply passage 13 by an air pump 11, just after start of an engine. The pressure sensor 36 is disposed in the secondary air supply passage 13. The output voltage of the pressure sensor 36 is decreased as battery voltage is decreased. When the battery voltage is lower than allowable voltage, the output value of the pressure sensor 36 can not be used as an output valve representing the pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
