<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of restraining deflection of a winding shaft in winding and capable of smoothly performing pulling-restoration of the winding shaft from the winding position in a short time during stopping of winding. <P>SOLUTION: The winding shaft 1 is supported like a cantilever through two rolling bearings 2 and 3 attached to the rear end while having a space therebetween so as to be rotatable and movable along the axial direction of the winding shaft, and two rolling bearings 8 and 9 attached to the front end of the winding shaft 1 while having a space therebetween are stored and held in the prescribed position of a bearing cylinder 10. A lower end of a rocking body 12 arranged ahead of the end of the winding shaft 1 in the winding position and in the vicinity of the end of the winding shaft is journaled to a fulcrum axis 14 parallel to a horizontal axis perpendicular to an axis of the winding shaft 11, and a clamp piece 13 is fixed on an upper part of the rocking body 12 and on the winding shaft side. When the winding shaft 1 is returned to the winding position, the bearing cylinder 10 is received by a supporting base 11, the rocking body 12 is driven by a rocking body driving mechanism 15, and the clamp piece 13 is pushed onto the bearing cylinder 10, and the bearing cylinder 10 is firmly held on the supporting base 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
