摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the responsiveness of brake operation while suppressing noise caused by the discharge of compressed air, when part of the pressure air of a pressure chamber is replenished relative to an atmospheric pressure chamber enlarged in volume. <P>SOLUTION: When signal pressure is applied to a relay valve 70, a diaphragm 5200 of an on-off valve 50 in a valve chamber 300 is deformed. By this, compressed air is fed to the pressure chamber via the opened on-off valve 50. On the other hand, when the signal pressure is removed from the relay valve 70, the diaphragm 5200 is not deformed and a passage groove 312 on the inner wall face of the valve chamber 300 is opened by the movement of a piston member 510 to form a discharge passage. The compressed air passes through the discharge passage, passes through the relay valve 70 via a piping port 26 and brake piping, and discharged into the atmosphere. At the time of the discharge of the compressed air, the diaphragm 5200 moved together with the piston member 510 opens a pressure chamber side to an atmospheric pressure chamber side through a throttle 410.
