<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supply device which is provided with a parallel passage part with a plurality of passages connected in parallel with each other, and suppresses flow rate change of a fluid when the number of passages passing the fluid is changed in the parallel passage part. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid supply device is provided with the parallel passage part 60 composed of: an ejecting side main passage 10 ejecting ATF from an automatic transmission 2; a return side main passage 11 returning the ejected ATF to the automatic transmission 2; a first passage 40 and a second passage 50 connected in parallel with the ejecting side main passage 10; and a selector valve 100 changing the number of passages passing the ATF of the plural passages. When the selector valve 100 is in a second state, the ejecting side main passage 10 is communicated with the second passage 50, and the ejecting side main passage 10 is communicated with the first passage 40 via a throttle part 115.
