PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording method enabling a user to perform arbitrary resume reproduction. SOLUTION: In the recording method for receiving digital broadcasting for recording on a medium, system resume information including an operation mode in reproduction and resume information of each program information are recorded separately in a management file as the resume information.
