PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device capable of aligning and conveying metal containers while maintaining more stable postures. SOLUTION: The conveying device for continuously conveying the metal containers C by a conveyor 10 comprises at least a pair of first annular belts 51a, 51b and 52a, 52b arranged to hold drum parts of the containers C in a first alignment region E1 along the first alignment region E1 of the conveyor 10; first drive mechanisms 20a, 20b, 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 30a, 30b, 31a, 31b, 32a, 32b, 51a, 51b, 52a, 52b, 35 for driving the first annular belts so that the surfaces in contact with the containers C move at a speed slower than the conveying speed in a conveying direction A by the conveyor 10; and a first magnet member 61 attracting the containers C in a predetermined region continuous with the downstream side reaches from at least the first alignment region E1, from the lower part of the conveyor 10.
